Complete your child(ren)s required forms early - at your own pace - before registration opens. This is FREE to do so. Filling the forms out in advance does NOT guarantee your child(ren) will be enrolled into camp. It is your responsibility to log in on the official registration date/time below.
REGISTRATION BEGINS
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2026 AT 6:00PM CST
You will need to log into your account with us and follow the steps to add your camps. IF you do not do the pre-registration then you will be required to complete ALL the forms upon registering for camp. The system will allow you to have 120 minutes to keep camps in your "shopping cart" when registering. When the "120" minutes has ended the camps will be released for others to enroll their child in.
Prior to registration, please have ALL immunization, medical and health history information ready before starting the registration process as items are required to reserve your child's spot in any desired camp week.

- Credit Card & E-Check Payments will ONLY be accepted at the time of registration and reserving your child's desired camp. If you wish to make a check or cash payment, please contact our Registrar, Terese Carroll, at (920) 467-6882 or tcarroll@sheboygancountyymca.org.
- Online Registration is ONLY Available for the 2026 Season. If you wish to register in-person please make an appointment with our Registrar.
**In order to reserve your child's camp spot (if openings available), each camp requires a $50 deposit per camp per child. There is a $15.00 one-time registration fee per child per season.
**If a camp becomes FULL, a waitlist will begin and if a spot opens up we will contact you.

ALL NEW FAMILIES: You will need to create a household account on our online registration system: Campbrain. You can log in at any time to make additions or make payments.
RETURNING FAMILIES: If your child attended last years (2025) summer season, you can log back into your account. If you forgot your username and password, we kindly ask that you complete the "Forgot your Username/Password" steps. This way there are not multiple accounts for one household.
**There are a limited number of spaces per camp. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you register early to guarantee your child a spot for the summer. Additionally, occasionally, camp scheduling, field trips, and content are subject to change due to ratios, staffing, inclement weather, and unforeseen events or circumstances. We will do our best to notify parents when these changes occur.

SUMMER MEMBERSHIP
Valid: June 8 - September 6, 2026
Purchase a summer youth membership for your child and they will receive the YMCA member rate for camps! In order to receive the member rates, please have your membership ID ready to complete your childs online registration.

Attending camp and nature based programs can truly be an experience that lasts a lifetime and the relationships built and memories made during your child's stay can last a lifetime. We know that for many families the cost of attending programs, especially week-long camps, can be a financial challenge that they might not be able to afford. We are here to help.

INFORMATION REQUIRED
Please have the following ready, as you will need these required items below to fully process your child's registration with us and to reserve their spots at time of registration (if openings are available). If these items are missing or not yet available we will NOT be able to process your child's registration. If registering online, you WILL need the following items prepared.
- Immunization Record/Immunization Information

- Fun Fact! Immunizations will remain on your child's profile and if you decide to enroll for 2026 you will just need to review the information and make changes if needed.
- Emergency Contacts (Name, relationship, telephone number, and email address)
- Physician/Medical Facility Information (Physician name, telephone number, address of medical facility)
- Payment via Credit Card or E-Check
- Child's Active Membership ID# (if applicable) to receive the YMCA Member camp rates. If your child does not have an active membership and wish to purchase one for your child, it will be an option in the online system to purchase per child. All membership ID's will be verified.
- Why do i need my membership ID #? Camp Y-Koda uses its own separate registration system called CampBrain. This system does not automatically tell if your account is a YMCA member compared to the online registration system that the Sheboygan YMCA uses. The prices that will be shown will have a member and a non-member rate. CampBrain does not have the capability to tie into the other system, so we are requiring families to manually enter in their child's active YMCA Membership ID#. We will then verify memberships.
