No School Day at Camp Y-Koda

Ages 4-12
Children who have the day off from school are invited to attend this special fun-filled day at camp! We will get the kids outside to enjoy the fresh air and partake in favorite camp activities such as archery (7+), arts & crafts, nature programs and more. A campfire will keep us warm in between the exciting outdoor activities. Please provide a bag lunch and a snack each day. Camp will provide milk. 

There is no busing; children must be dropped off and picked up at Camp Y-Koda. Please make sure your child has adequate clothing for spending a lot of time outdoors. Pre-Registration is required for the event. The registration deadline is one week prior to each no school day.

Girls & Dolls Cookies with Santa

All Ages with Parent
Dress yourself and your favorite doll in holiday outfits and visit with Santa at camp! Enjoy cookies, hot cocoa and view the winter wonderland doll display, make a piece of holiday jewelry and enter for a chance to win incredible prizes for you and your doll!  An American Girl doll, Wellie Wisher doll and several doll outfits will be raffled off at the event. Each person who attends (girls and adults) must register and pay for this event. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required; walk-ins are not allowed.

Brunch with Santa

Parents, do you need time to catch up on your holliday shopping? Send the kids to Camp Y-Koda to visit with Santa Claus and participate in holliday craft making, sledding and other winter activities. Santa Claus will stop by for a big pancake brunch with the children. Milk and fruit will also be provided. Children must be dropped off and picked up at camp. Pre-registration is required for the event.

Winter Break Camp

Are you looking for something fun for your kids to do during winter break? Send them to Camp Y-Koda to enjoy the brisk winter air and great outdoor activities. We will spend the days sledding, snowshoeing, building forts and keeping warm around campfires. Please provide a bag lunch and a snack each day. Camp will provide milk. Please bring adequate clothing to spend a lot of time outdoors. The registration deadline is December 19th, 2018. Pre-registration is required.

Camp Y-Koda is inviting all mothers and daughters or sisters to come and start off the new year with quality time together. There will be lots of fun camp games and activities to help you connect with your daughter or sisters and have a great time enjoying the peaceful setting of camp. Activities will take place both indoors and outdoors. Come and relax together after the busy holiday season. Lunch is included. Girls under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Girls age 10 and older can attend independently without an adult. Fee is per person.

Guided Snowshoe Hikes

Saturday, January 19th, 2019 or Monday, February 18th, 2019

Ages 4 & Older and Adults
Come to Camp Y-Koda for a winter snowshoe hike around our beautiful trails. We will provide the snowshoes and a guide to explore the winter wonderland. Following your hike, relax around a toasty fire and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or apple cider. We have plenty of snowshoes to fit children and adults for the whole family or a group of friends. Sign up for both days or just one. Fee is per person, per day.

Winter Sleepover

February 1st-2nd, 2019

Ages 6-12
After the crazy holiday season and months of school, kids are ready to remember the times of summer once again. Spend a fun-filled night at camp for a winter adventure! Campers will get to explore the frozen shores of Lake Y-Koda and participate in traditional camp activities, with plenty of snow fun too. Activities include snowshoeing (ages 7+), building snow forts, sledding and playing winter games. All meals, snacks, and beverages are provided. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, pajamas, toiletries and a change of clothes. Please make sure your child has adequate clothing to spend a lot of time outdoors.

Father-Daughter Dance

Age 3 & Older with Adult
There's an unmistakable bond between a dad and his daughter, and every dad and his little girl should get dressed up for a special night on the town from time to time. Johnsonville Lodge will have music, dancing, games, crafts, and a dessert station. This dance is the perfect opportunity to get dressed up and make memories that will last a lifetime! Fee is per person.

Valentine's Day Party

Our Valentine's Day Party includes cupcake and cookie decorating, card making, a move and more! Dinner will be provided. Please bring adequate clothing to spend time outdoors.

Spring Break Day Camp

March 25-29, 2019

Ages 4-12
Spring is in the air and it's time to bring on the fun! Our Spring Break Camp gives children a place to spend time with friends and have fun. Why spend the entire day indoors when you can run around in the fresh air partaking in classic camp activities, while participating in our special dress-up days at camp! See below for what the theme is each day and don't forget your attire. We promise your kids will return home safe and very tired. Extended care and bussing are available at the Sheboygan YMCA and Sheboygan Falls YMCA. The fee per day is $5.00 for extended care and $5.00 for bussing.

Spring Sleepover

April 12th-13th, 2019

Ages 6-12
Spring at camp is simply amazing! Celebrate the season with a sleepover at camp. On Friday evening, we will have dinner and a night activity, followed by s'mores around the campfire. On Saturday, we will welcome spring with classic camp activities. This sleepover is for both those returning campers who just can't wait until summer to see their friends and those coming for the first time who want a glimpse of what our summer camp has to offer. All meals, snacks and beverages are provided. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, pajamas, toiletries and a change of clothing for the next day. Please make sure your child has adequate clothing to spend a lot of time outdoors.

Girls & Dolls Ice Cream Social

Camp is celebrating our 23rd Annual Ice Cream Social with a "Bunny Hop!" Come join us for this wonderful event that includes an ice cream bar and lots of fun for girls and their moms, aunts and grandmas. The social will be held in the Johnsonville Lodge at Camp Y-Koda. This ice cream social includes a girl and doll "Easter Best" fashion show and bunny hop, doll and doll clothes raffle and egg hunt. Dress yourself and doll in your Easter best and experience a fun afternoon! Fee is per person.

Earth Day Action

All Ages
We are inviting you to take action and put one of our core values - responsibility - to work on Earth Day! We invite you and your family, team, troop, corporation or church to come out and participate in a small project that will make a monumental impact on the environment. Projects may include filling bird feeders, invasive species eradiction, litter collection and tree planting. Let's get outside and start protecting our environment this Earth Day to help create a healthy, more sustainable future. This event is free, donations welcome.
