Scarecrow Festival is a fundraising event for YMCA Camp Y-Koda being held October 8-9 from 9:00am - 4:00pm at Christopher Farm & Gardens in Sheboygan. Over 2,000 event goers are expected to attend over the weekend and ticket holders are invited to stay the whole day. For those who stay all day, we would like the event to provide food & beverage options for guests to purchase. We invite all groups that are interested to sign-up and run their own food or beverage stand! All proceeds they earn at their stand will go back to their group!
Groups should provide their own supplies, including food. Tables may be available on a first come, first serve basis. Food & Beverage Sale Ideas: Brat Fry, Bake Sale, Juice Boxes, Lemonade, Apple Cider, Hot Chocolate, PB&J Sandwiches, Trail Mix, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Sno Cones, Pre-packaged snacks – be creative! Your main customers will be kids!
Food/Beverage providers can choose to sell one day or both! Vendors must follow County Health Food Safety Guidelines.
