To run a successful and safe banquet, we need your help! There are a number of volunteer tasks that Camp Y-Koda could use help with for our Outdoor Skills & Education Fundraising Banquet.
The many ways you can be involved:
- Event Set-Up & Take Down
- Greeting guests at arrival
- Selling Raffle Tickets
- Bid Spotters
- Selling Packages to guests
- Taking event photos
- Monitoring the Silent Auction
- Runners
- And More!!
VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
Below are the options to get signed up to volunteer with us at this years banquet.
- Complete the online form in the button below. You will be required to make an account with us, and at the ticketing section - scroll down to the bottom and select the volunteer option.
- Volunteer Tickets:
- $30 dinner only ticket (will not be eligible to participate in trying to win prizes at the event)
- $65 early bird general ticket (includes dinner prior to volunteering and eligible to buy raffle tickets, etc.)
- $70 ticket after November 18.
- FREE (I only want to volunteer and give back. I do not want dinner or to participate in prizes)

Volunteers will receive an email prior to the event with details (when to arrive, what to expect, etc.)
