COVID-19 PROGRAM UPDATE: Y-Members and program participants – due to the outbreak and the Y being mandated to close in the middle of the Winter 2 program session, as soon as we can open back up for normal operations and programs the Y will resume with the remaining 4 weeks of the Winter 2 session. The Spring Program Session registration has been put on hold. The Y will update you regarding any spring events and program offerings.
We are still planning for a fun-filled summer at the Y and at Camp Y-Koda . Registration for Camp Y-Koda summer camp and Summer Child Care (YDC) is being accepted – please mail this to the Sheboygan YMCA, 812 Broughton Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53081. More summer programs / summer program guide will be available on this website soon.

Valued Y Members,
It is with your best interest in mind that we have decided to close the Sheboygan County YMCA and keep it closed through April 5th. Please continue to follow the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) during shut down time.
To supplement your YMCA membership during our shut down, starting today, the YMCA has added member benefits of:

COVID-19 Update 3-16-20
Dear Members, Families and Patrons
Your health is our priority during this most difficult time. Below are the actions the Sheboygan County YMCA is taking to assist the efforts in combating the COVID-19 outbreak.
At this time all Saunas, Steam Rooms and Spa’s are closed.
Beginning at 3pm today, March 16 all adult & youth programing is canceled until April 6 at the earliest or unless otherwise directed. With the exception of Child Care.
All Sheboygan County Child Care will be closed beginning Tuesday, March 17 at 6pm until April 6 at the earliest or unless otherwise directed.
All Sheboygan County YMCA branches (Sheboygan YMCA, Sheboygan Falls YMCA and Camp Y-Koda) will be CLOSED to the public beginning Wednesday, March 18 until April 6 at the earliest or unless otherwise directed.

Sheboygan County YMCA Dear Members,
Families and Patrons Your health is our priority during this most difficult time. The YMCA has significantly heightened its cleaning processes to help keep you safe. As such YMCA hours of operation may change with very little notice due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Please check www.sheboygancountyymca.org prior to using our branches for any service updates or call your local branch YMCA: Sheboygan YMCA 920-451- 8000 or Sheboygan Falls YMCA 920-467-2464.
At this time all Saunas, Steam Rooms and Hot Tubs are closed.
All Sheboygan County Child Care and Child Watch are cancelled beginning Wednesday, March 18.
Unless listed, all programs are running as normal. Keep checking the SCY website for updates.
We will continue sharing best practices as advised by the Center for Disease Control, CDC. An easy way to remember these proactive tasks is:
Cover, Clean and Contain.
- Cover mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
- Clean: wash your hands using soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. Discard tissues etc. Clean all equipment before and after use
- Contain: Stay home if sick
YMCA Proactive COVID-19 Prevention Operations
- Disinfecting all surfaces nightly
- Hand sanitizers in all facilities
- Sending all staff home if ill
- Requesting all members to stay home if ill

We will do our very best to keep you up to date on our operations as we make changes that align with the recommendations from the YMCA of the USA, our municipalities and the Center for Disease Control on a daily basis.
